Founded in 2000, Litha-Lethu Consulting is a solutions-driven network of highly experienced business managers, management consultants, strategic and human resources specialists who bring together a formidable range of expertise in assisting change processes and building skills development and transfer.
Litha-Lethu is characterised by a majority Black [51%] and female [100%] membership and ownership. We operate throughout South Africa with associates based in: Gauteng, Bloemfontein, Cape Town; Port Elizabeth and KwaZulu-Natal; and are represented in Nairobi, Kenya via the Actuarial Services Company.

Siân Dennis holds a BA [Industrial Psychology], and a CPIR. She is a member of the Institute of Directors, and has over 20 years experience in project management, change management and organisational design in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Litha-Lethu, she held the post of HR Director for Times Newspapers, a division of the then Johnnic Publishing Group, now Avusa.
