Jonathan Black is a registered psychologist and has his private practice in the KZN Midlands just outside Pietermaritzburg.

Prior to teaming up with his friend and colleague, Clive Howe, to develop and drive ec@ps, he was closely aligned to the FranklinCovey Organisation facilitating their core Leadership programs including “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, “Focus – Achieving Your Highest Priorities” & “The 4 Disciplines of Execution”.

Jonathan has been facilitating c@ps with a wide & diverse range of clients across Africa, Europe & Australia for the past 10 years. He introduced another close friend & experienced Software Developer, Mike Robertson, to Clive, in 2008 and they have developed ec@ps into the popular performance management system that it is today in the space of  just 3 years!

Jonathan is married to Pippa who owns a software training business. They have two children, David who is studying Engineering at UKZN, and Kerry-Lee who is in Matric.
