Brian is a director at ECAPS CONSULTING and helps to facilitate the ec@ps process. He is passionate about keeping the strategic planning process simple whilst being able to help measure individuals performance against that simple strategy.

After completing a degree in psychology and communications, through UNISA, he began his career in marketing and sales. Wishing to broaden his experience he moved to the UK where he worked for 10 years in the areas of publishing, advertising and online. In that time Brian was involved in most aspects of sales and marketing within the companies he worked for. He was heavily involved in the training of staff as well as the development of the teams and individuals within those organisations. Brian has always had a passion to become involved, full time, with facilitation and so in 2010 he returned to South Africa to join the ec@ps team and helps to add further value to the strategic planning process.

Brian lives in Cape Town, is happily married to Sally and they have two wonderful sons called James and Robert who keep them extremely busy!
